Return & Exchange Policy

At O2Designer, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-made furniture tailored to your preferences. Since each piece is crafted specifically for you, we require 50 percent advance payment to confirm your order and remaining 50% amount will be collected before order delivery. Please note that once production begins, all payments are non-refundable as the furniture is personalized and cannot be resold. However, if your order arrives damaged due to our error, we will gladly replace or repair the item after verifying the issue. To request an exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos for assessment.

We take pride in using premium, termite-resistant wood to ensure durability. In the rare case that your furniture is affected by termites (dhemak) , we will replace it after a thorough inspection. This offer is for lifetime as you are facing any termites issue. Please note that this guarantee does not cover damage caused by mishandling, accidents, or incorrect measurements provided by the customer. While we do not offer refunds, we stand by our craftsmanship and will resolve any valid concerns through repairs or replacements.

 

Product Exchange Policy (Updated)

At O2Designer, we take great pride in crafting premium wooden furniture with long-lasting quality. While we ensure careful quality control, if a product is ever damaged due to our fault during delivery or manufacturing, the following policy applies:

Exchange Conditions:

Report the damage within 7 days of delivery.

Provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the damage.

If verified, we will exchange the item—no refunds.

Lifetime Termite Warranty:

We use treated, high-quality wood that resists termite damage. However, if at any point your O2Designer furniture is affected by termite damage, we offer:

Free lifetime exchange of the affected item.

Just notify us with images of the affected furniture and proof of original purchase—we’ll replace it with the same or a similar item at no extra cost.

We do not offer refunds—only exchange or replacement in the above situations.

Custom-made items are only replaceable if damaged or termite-affected.
